Quality Control System and Site Management

Emerald`s management structure ensures that senior managers remain close to customers with regular direct contact and site visits to enable speed of decision making. Good site management of operatives and their work is essential to achieve a successful quality service. Area Managers, who pay regular visits or Supervisors who may be resident on site for larger contracts, are carefully selected and undergo thorough training and contract familiarity. They are responsible for daily monitoring of standards and ensure continued application of good work practices. They maintain constant communication with both clients and company management, establishing a positive and stable workforce and are responsible for maintaining standards within their contracts.

Environmentally Aware and Health & Safety

Emerald Facility Services are environmentally aware and make positive efforts to minimise waste and maintain a clean working environment. Procedures are established for the recycling of good quality paper, conscientious disposal of waste and the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products. All aspects of health and safety are covered at induction and there is a continual training on an on-going basis for all operatives, supervisors and managers.
